Call for Abstracts / papers

Authors wishing to present a paper during the course of the conference must submit in advance, as a requirement for acceptance, a summary or abstract of the proposed content with a maximum extension of 250 words, setting out the general interest of the paper for the participants at the Conference and describing the contents of the presentation.

Abstracts may be submitted until 1 June 2022.
As you probably know, we have postponed the EASG 2020 conference.

Many people who already submitted an abstract have confirmed they will come to Oslo in 2022, and have reserved a speaking slot. That means that 65% of the available speaking slots are blocked.

Therefore, early submissions are encouraged.

The abstracts will be considered by the organising committee in two phases.

• Phase 1 – till 1 February 2022

  • Abstracts that are submitted before 1 February 2022 will be considered before 1 March 2022. The applicants will be informed on the results so that they can take advantage of the super early registration discount when they transfer the registration fee before 1 April 2022.

• Phase 2 – after 1 February 2022

  • All other abstracts will be considered on an ongoing basis February - June 2022 and the applicants will be informed as soon as possible.
